AVJ Logistics is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Logistics Analyst to support and grow our US freight Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing freight movements, generating new business opportunities, negotiating freight rates, and maintaining strong relationships with carriers and customers. This role combines logistics operations with a strong sales-oriented approach to drive revenue growth in the US transportation market.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads for US freight brokerage and logistics services.

Build and maintain relationships with shippers, carriers, and logistics partners.

Negotiate freight rates with carriers and customers to maximize profitability.

Coordinate and monitor end-to-end freight movements across the US.

Analyze freight market trends and pricing to identify business opportunities.

Prepare and present freight quotations to prospective clients.

Maintain accurate records of shipments, carrier performance, and sales activities.





Resolve shipment issues and provide proactive customer support.

Collaborate with operations teams to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction.

Meet and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in US logistics, freight brokerage, freight forwarding, or transportation sales.

Solid understanding of US trucking, dispatch, and freight brokerage .

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM systems, and logistics software is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
