: Minimum 1-5 years of experience in retail

CTC - 3.0 - 5.0 LPA

Roles & Responsibilities
:
- Proven experience in delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
- Demonstrated customer service
- Strong sales background and ability to drive sales
- Experience managing showroom or retail spaces
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team




- Solid organizational and time management skills
- Prior experience in the furniture industry is a plus
- Networking with architects is a plus

Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in store management, preferably in the luxury retail industry
- Solid knowledge of store management practices and processes including making presentations and quotations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships at all levels of the organization
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic setting and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
