Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Manage
month-end closing activities
, including ledger scrutiny, provisions, reconciliations, and closing entries.
- Prepare and maintain
MIS reports
and management reports.
- Perform regular
bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations
.
- Prepare and file
GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B
within prescribed timelines.
- Handle
GST return filing and related reconciliations
.
- Prepare and manage
TDS returns
, deductions, payments, and related compliance.
- Ensure timely completion of
statutory and regulatory compliances
.
- Assist in
GST, TDS, and other tax-related matters
.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams for accounting and compliance requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and statutory requirements.




- Identify discrepancies in accounts and ensure timely resolution.
- Support the finance team in audits, financial reporting, and other accounting activities.
- Stay updated with changes in
GST, TDS, accounting standards, and applicable statutory regulations
.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- CA / CA Finalist
preferred.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience
in accounting and taxation.
- Candidate must have completed
CA Articleship
.
- Strong practical knowledge of
GST, TDS, accounting, and statutory compliance
.
- Positive understanding of
month-end closing and MIS reporting
.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
- Good analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet compliance deadlines.
