Role Overview

The Mechanical Quantity Surveyor - Wind PMC will be responsible for validating measurable progress and quantities associated with WTG erection activities including tower sections, nacelles, hubs, blades, heavy-lift operations, and mechanical BoP works.

Key Responsibilities
- Verify measurable progress for tower erection, nacelle installation, hub and blade assembly activities.
- Review heavy-lift and crane-supported installation milestones against approved BOQs.
- Validate measurement records and payment support documentation.
- Maintain quantity reconciliation and variation records.




- Coordinate with Mechanical Erection, QA/QC, and Commercial teams.
- Support billing verification and project progress reporting.

Technical Skills
- WTG erection and heavy-lift installation activities.
- Mechanical quantity surveying and contract measurement.
- BOQ verification and progress tracking.
- Quantity reconciliation and commercial reporting.

Qualifications & Experience
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- RICS, NICMAR, or equivalent certification preferred.
- 5-10 years of experience in wind, power, or heavy industrial projects.
