Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Kanpur. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities across exhibition, retail, and digital experience solutions,



building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients. The role involves developing and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with design, fabrication, and technical teams to ensure solutions align with client needs and project timelines. The individual will conduct market research, track industry trends, and provide input on pricing, positioning, and strategic sales initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, meeting revenue targets, preparing reports for leadership, and representing the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking activities.
