Experience/ Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 to 6 years of total experience.
- Mandatory experience of 1 year in performing Quality Assurance (QA) activities.
- Proven expertise in the following process areas:
- Quality Assurance Process
- Internal Audits
- IT Service Management
- Process & Business Excellence
- Good to have technical skills and hands-on experience on two or more of the following standards will be preferred.
- ITIL
- CSQA
- ISO 9001/ 27001
- CMMI Level 3
- Understanding of existing QA best practices and suggesting the improvements.
- Ability to analyze data trends and generate process improvement strategies.
- Design and implement automated workflows to improve efficiency compliance tracking.
- Understanding of the basic Project Management activities.
- Understanding of Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methods for Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Proficiency with MS-Office (Word, Excel,
Power point)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, high integrity, robust work ethics.
Primary Skills & Responsibilities
- Understanding and conducting the Internal Audits for the Project.
- Assisting Project Managers in resolving the Audit Observations and the Non-Compliance.
- Documenting and Analysing the Audit Observations.
- Using AI tools for the analysis of Quality & Project Audits.
- Facilitate the Analysis and Implementation of CMMI Best Practices in Organization.
- Verify the Process compliance and identify the deviations.
- Engage and Assisting Project Teams in maintaining the standard practices.
- Track & Monitor the Key Metrics at Organization Level.
- Creating Metrics Dashboard for presenting it to higher management.
- Drive efforts towards implementing new & existing standardized Process.
- Provide support to project teams on systems, policies, procedures, and core
