About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and energetic APAC Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruiting across APAC markets, strong sourcing capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for roles across APAC markets.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, define candidate profiles, and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, professional networks, and other channels.
- Screen and assess candidates based on skills, experience, and role fit.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Manage offer discussions, negotiations,
and pre-joining follow-ups.
- Track recruitment metrics, maintain accurate candidate records, and provide regular hiring updates.
- Stay informed about APAC talent markets, recruitment trends, and sourcing practices.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with applicable company policies and local hiring requirements.
Requirements
- 2–7 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
- Experience handling APAC recruitment is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and candidate assessment.
- Experience using LinkedIn, job portals, ATS, and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
- Solid negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
