Role Description
The Account Executive will manage and grow relationships with jewelry retailers and business clients, acting as a key contact for inquiries, orders, and ongoing collaboration. This full-time, on-site role in Mumbai involves coordinating recent collection launches, supporting product development discussions,



and ensuring timely communication between clients and internal teams such as design and production. The Account Executive will prepare proposals, track sales performance, and follow up on leads to expand the client base. Daily responsibilities include attending client meetings, addressing service issues, gathering market feedback, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tracking systems. The role also requires close monitoring of market trends in diamond jewelry to align client needs with Colour Jewels’ product offerings and strategic priorities.
