Roles and Responsibilities :
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to SCOM (System Center Operations Manager) infrastructure, including agents, management servers, and reporting.
- Configure and maintain monitoring tools such as LogicMonitor, SolarWinds, or other similar platforms.
- Collaborate with IT teams to identify root causes of incidents and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences.
- Develop documentation for incident response procedures and knowledge sharing within the organization.
Job Requirements :
- 4-6 years of experience in IT administration with expertise in SCOM.
- Solid understanding of monitoring tools such as LogicMonitor or SolarWinds.
- Experience working with System Center products like Configuration Manager (SCM), Service Desk Management (SDM), and Virtual Infrastructure Manager (VIM).
- Ability to work independently on complex technical problems.
