Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Production Engineer role based in Sikandarabad. The Production Engineer will oversee daily production activities, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and adherence to established processes. Responsibilities include planning and scheduling production, monitoring equipment performance, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet output targets. The role also involves implementing quality control measures, resolving production issues, analyzing data to improve workflow, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The Production Engineer will prepare reports, support continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain clear communication with supervisors and operators on the shop floor.

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Production Engineering and Production Planning.




- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to evaluate production performance and identify improvements.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Quality Control practices to maintain product standards.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordination with cross-functional teams and reporting.
- Relevant engineering degree (e.g., Mechanical, Industrial, Production) from an accredited institution.
- Experience in manufacturing or plant operations, preferably in a production engineering capacity.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, process documents, and production reports.
- Familiarity with safety regulations, lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
