Reports To: HR Manager / Warehouse Operations Head

Job SummaryThe HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations at the warehouse location, including recruitment of warehouse staff, attendance management, employee relations, compliance, and coordination with operations teams to ensure smooth workforce management.

Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Manage bulk hiring for warehouse roles such as pickers, packers, loaders, supervisors, and operators
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies and local sources for manpower
- Conduct interviews and onboarding for current employees
- Maintain manpower planning in coordination with warehouse operations.

2. Attendance & Payroll Coordination
- Monitor daily attendance, shift scheduling, and overtime
- Maintain employee records and attendance reports
- Coordinate with payroll team for salary processing and wage compliance.

3. Employee Onboarding & Documentation
- Handle joining formalities and employee documentation
- Ensure proper maintenance of employee files and HR records




- Conduct induction for new warehouse staff.

4. Employee Relations
- Address employee grievances and workplace issues
- Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to company policies
- Conduct engagement activities to improve employee morale and retention.

5. Compliance & Statutory Requirements
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment, etc) in co-ordination to Head Office team
- Maintain statutory registers and records required for audits
- Coordinate with contractors for contract labour compliance.

6. Performance & Workforce Management
- Monitor productivity and attendance trends
- Support supervisors in performance discussions
- Assist in training and skill development initiatives for warehouse employees.

7. HR Administration
- Maintain HR MIS reports and manpower reports
- Coordinate with head office HR for policy implementation
