Packing Operations

Assortment & Set Packing
- Ensure correct assortment as per buyer requirements
- Bundle and organize SKUs accurately for retail packs, institutional orders, or e-commerce shipments.
- Verify assortment accuracy before final packing to avoid mismatches.

Carton Packing
- Pack garments into export/dispatch cartons strictly as per approved packing list.
- Maintain accurate quantity per carton, avoiding overpacking or shortages.
- Use appropriate separators, layering, and protective materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Ensure cartons are sealed, stacked, and handled as per standard guidelines.

Dispatch Responsibilities

Order Verification
- Cross-check packed cartons against customer Purchase Orders (POs).
- Verify SKU details, quantities, sizes, and destination before dispatch.
- Ensure zero discrepancy between physical stock and documentation.

Documentation




- Prepare and verify dispatch-related documents including invoices, packing lists, e-way bills, and shipping labels.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and aligned with regulatory and customer requirements.

Carton Marking & Labelling
- Ensure proper labelling of cartons with shipping marks, destination details, and carton numbering.
- Verify barcode labels and ensure compliance with buyer-specific guidelines.
- Maintain consistency and accuracy in labelling to avoid logistics or delivery issues.

Key Skills & Competencies
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy
- Good coordination and team handling skills
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage dispatch schedules

Experience & Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline
- Experience in dispatch operations is preferred
