Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced
Payroll Reporting / Payroll Analytics professional
with strong expertise in payroll data analysis, reporting, reconciliation and dashboard development. Experience with
Dataiku or similar analytics platforms
is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain
standard payroll reports and dashboards
using Dataiku or similar analytics tools.
- Generate recurring and ad-hoc reports for
payroll operations, audits, compliance and business requirements
.
- Analyze payroll data to identify trends, discrepancies, process gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare
payroll KPIs, metrics and management reports
for operational and leadership reviews.
- Perform payroll data validation and support
reconciliation across multiple systems
.
- Ensure accuracy,



consistency and integrity of payroll reporting data.
- Collaborate with payroll, HR, finance and business teams to fulfill reporting requirements.
- Identify opportunities for
reporting automation and process improvement
.

Required / Preferred Skills
- 7+ years of relevant experience in
Payroll Reporting / Payroll Analytics
.
- Solid understanding of
payroll processes and payroll data
.
- Experience in
payroll reconciliation and data validation
.
- Advanced
MS Excel
skills.
- Knowledge of
SQL and BI/reporting tools
.
- Hands-on experience with
Dataiku
or similar AI/analytics platforms is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
