Key Responsibilities

- Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality and professionalism.




- Exercise sound judgment and prudence in handling sensitive or evolving situations.
- Provide proactive support that allows leadership to focus on strategic priorities.

*Communication & Research Support*
- Prepare agendas, briefing notes, and relevant background information ahead of meetings through structured research and synthesis.
- Conduct research and gather insights that support leadership decision-making and strategic preparation.
- Draft explicit, professional communications, summaries, and follow-up correspondence when required.

*Executive Scheduling & Coordination*
- Manage complex calendars and schedules across multiple time zones, ensuring effective prioritization and sequencing of commitments.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, travel plans, and leadership engagements.
- Maintain oversight of leadership priorities and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts.
