Job Description Treasury & Cash Applications Executive
Location: Hyderabad
Work Mode: Work from Office
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Position Overview
We are looking for a Treasury & Cash Applications professional with hands-on experience in treasury operations, cash management, bank reconciliations, and cash application activities. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high-volume transactions within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily treasury and cash management activities.
- Monitor bank accounts, cash balances, and daily cash positions.
- Perform cash application by matching customer receipts against outstanding invoices.
- Handle unidentified and unapplied cash and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
- Process and monitor bank transactions, fund transfers, and related accounting entries.
- Support cash forecasting and liquidity management.
- Coordinate with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Accounting,
and business teams.
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of treasury and cash transactions.
- Assist with month-end closing activities and reporting.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls and SOPs.
- Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Treasury, Cash Management, Cash Applications, or related Finance & Accounting operations.
- Hands-on experience in Treasury and Cash Application processes.
- Good knowledge of bank reconciliation and cash management.
- Understanding of Accounts Receivable and customer payments.
- Experience handling unapplied/unidentified cash and payment allocation.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience with SAP/ERP systems will be an advantage.
