Key Responsibilities

Production Planning
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer schedules and sales orders.
- Allocate jobs to CNC Turning, VMC, HMC, and other machining centers based on capacity.
- Monitor production progress against planned schedules.

Production Control
- Track production status and ensure achievement of daily production targets.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, and Maintenance departments.
- Follow up on delayed jobs and take corrective actions to meet delivery commitments.

Material Planning
- Verify raw material availability before releasing production orders.
- Coordinate with Stores and Purchase departments for material requirements.
- Monitor WIP (Work-in-Progress) inventory levels.

Capacity & Resource Planning
- Analyze machine loading and capacity utilization.




- Plan manpower allocation based on production requirements.
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions.

Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare production reports, dispatch reports, and delivery status reports.
- Maintain production planning records and ERP entries.
- Generate MIS reports for management review.

Customer Delivery Management
- Ensure on-time delivery as per customer schedules.
- Coordinate with dispatch teams for shipment planning.
- Monitor customer delivery performance and adherence.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
