Role Description
The System Administrator role is a full-time, in office position based in Guwahati. This role involves managing and maintaining servers and hosting infrastructure, including monitoring system performance, applying updates and patches, and ensuring high availability and security of hosted services.



The System Administrator will handle day-to-day troubleshooting of system and network issues, respond to incidents, and provide technical support to internal teams and customers. Responsibilities include configuring and managing network devices, maintaining backups and disaster recovery procedures, and documenting configurations and procedures.
