Role Description
The Relationship Manager is a full-time on-site role based out of Residential Academy on Delhi Alwar highway. This role involves interacting with UPSC aspirants and community members, understanding their preparation needs, and guiding them toward suitable courses, programs, and resources offered by ForumIAS.



The Relationship Manager will handle queries across various channels, support learners in navigating the platform, and maintain long-term engagement through regular follow-ups and feedback collection. Daily responsibilities also include coordinating with academic and operations teams, ensuring a high-quality experience for learners, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and student progress. The role requires a solid customer-centric approach and a commitment to supporting aspirants in their preparation journey. The relationship manager will be the single point of contact for each aspirant providing them pre sales, during enrolment and post sales support to every student.
