Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate B2B Sales, B2C, Marketplace, Marketing, Finance, Warehouse & 3PL, and Customer Service.
- Drive business performance through clearly defined KPIs, targets, and regular performance reviews.
- Ensure effective execution of sales, marketing, order fulfilment, and customer-service operations.
- Manage outsourced 3PL/warehouse performance and ensure fulfilment efficiency.
- Coordinate demand, inventory, product availability, and customer commitments with the Operations Manager – Product Operations.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and drive timely resolution.
- Establish and maintain standardized processes, SOPs, and accountability across functions.
- Provide structured business performance reports, risks, and key decisions required to the CEO/CEO Office.
- Lead cross-functional reviews and ensure alignment between Business Operations and Product Operations.

Candidate Profile
- 8–12+ years of experience in business/operations management.
- Experience managing multiple functions or business verticals.
- Strong commercial, Marketing and operational understanding.
- Experience in FMCG, D2C, e-commerce, consumer products, retail, or supplements preferred.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Experience managing outsourced partners/3PL preferred.
- Strong ownership, execution, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
- Degree required; MBA/PGDM/Master’s preferred.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
