Role & responsibilities
- Develop and execute International Marketing and Business Development strategies for medical device products / Drugs.
- Make and achieve sales budget for all Countries allocated as their responsibility.
- Identify and develop new markets, customers, distributors and channel partners for existing and newly introduced products of Company.
- Manage existing international distributors and strengthen long-term business relationships.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis and identify new business opportunities.
- Support product registration, regulatory documentation and market-entry activities in coordination with the Regulatory team.
- Handle international enquiries, quotations, negotiations, order follow-up and sales targets.
- Participate in international exhibitions, medical conferences, customer visits and distributor meetings.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, RA, Supply Chain and Finance teams for smooth execution of export business.
- Monitor market performance, sales forecasts, customer feedback and prepare MIS/reports for management.





Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate/MBA in Marketing, International Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical or related field.
- 8-18 years of experience, preferably in medical devices / healthcare / pharma with robust international marketing exposure.
- Proven experience in export sales, international business development and distributor management.
- Exposure to international markets and medical-device regulatory requirements will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
- Strong commercial orientation with a result-driven approach.

Key Preference: Candidates with hands-on international marketing/business development experience in the medical device / drug industry, particularly those who have independently handled overseas distributors and developed new export markets,
