QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow administration and development.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred.
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow AI capabilities, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, or GenAI features

preferred.
- Positive understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL best practices.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST/SOAP web services, Service Portal, Flow Designer, and

Integration Hub.
- Experience developing and supporting custom ServiceNow applications and integrations.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
