Plan, execute, and finalise statutory audit assignments in accordance with applicable Standards on Auditing and Ind AS.
• Prepare and review financial statements (standalone and consolidated) under Ind AS, ensuring compliance and disclosure accuracy.
• Handle consolidation of accounts for group entities, including SPVs and subsidiaries.
• Prepare and review MIS reports for management and client reporting.
• Prepare client-ready financial statements and audit deliverables in Excel, and presentations/summaries in PowerPoint.
• Support audit and advisory engagements for clients in the real estate sector.
• Liaise with client finance teams, engagement partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of assignments.
• Supervise and review the work of article assistants and junior team members.
• Ensure adherence to firm methodology, quality control standards, and regulatory timelines.
