Job Summary

The Career Advisor is responsible for guiding students and prospective candidates in making informed career decisions based on their interests, strengths, and goals. The role involves conducting career guidance sessions, explaining available opportunities, and supporting individuals in choosing the right academic or professional path. Exceptional communication skills are essential for this role, while training will be provided to help the selected candidate understand the organization’s processes and services. Salary will be negotiated at the time of interview.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct career guidance sessions for students and prospective candidates.
- Understand individual interests, skills, qualifications, and career goals.
- Provide suitable career recommendations and guidance based on learner needs.
- Explain academic and professional pathways in a clear and supportive manner.
- Maintain regular communication with students, parents, and internal teams.
- Assist in follow-up activities and student engagement initiatives.




- Record and update candidate interaction details in CRM or tracking systems.
- Support the team in counseling-related activities and student conversion efforts.
- Participate in training sessions and apply learned processes effectively.
- Help improve the overall career guidance experience for students.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; preference for Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to listen actively and build rapport with students and parents.
- Good presentation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt through training.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office is preferred.
- Prior experience in career guidance, counseling, admissions, or student support is an advantage.
