Role & responsibilities:

Process & Production Operations (Training & Support) • Assist in day-to-day operation of cement manufacturing sections such as Crushers, Raw Mill, Kiln, Cooler, Cement Mill, and Packing Plant. • Learn process parameters, operational controls, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). • Support monitoring of production rates, quality parameters, and energy consumption. • Assist in start-up, shutdown, and stabilization activities under supervision. 2. Process Monitoring & Optimization • Observe and assist in maintaining optimal process conditions to achieve production targets. • Learn basic process troubleshooting and corrective actions. • Assist in data collection and analysis for process improvement initiatives. • Support implementation of best operating practices. 3. Safety, Quality & Compliance • Follow plant safety rules, SOPs,



and EHS guidelines strictly. • Use PPE and follow protected work practices at all times. • Learn quality control requirements and coordination with Quality Control department. • Participate in safety drills, tool box talks, and safety training programs. 4. Documentation & Reporting • Assist in maintaining shift logs, production records, and operational checklists. • Support preparation of daily and monthly production reports. • Learn documentation practices for audits, inspections, and management reviews.
