are poised for aggressive scale. We are looking for an ambitious, data-driven, and highly strategic Head of Business Development to partner directly with the Founders and turn our long-term vision into measurable revenue.

The Role:
As the Head of BD, you will be the architect of our sales engine. You won't just be closing deals; you will be building the systems to find them. You will lead and mentor a lean team of Junior BD Associates (engineers by training) and guide them through technical pre-sales and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth:
Design and execute aggressive, geography-specific, product-wise, and sector-wise go-to-market strategies aligned with the Founder's long-term vision.
- Lead Pipeline Management:
Architect the process for compiling, researching,



and rigorously qualifying B2B leads.
- Outreach & Pre-Sales:
Formulate creative, multi-channel outreach strategies. Oversee the pre-sales cycle, ensuring our technical value proposition is clearly communicated to decision-makers.
- Team Leadership:
Mentor our junior associates. Leverage their engineering backgrounds by training them to translate technical features into compelling commercial benefits.
- System Building:
Implement and manage CRM workflows, establish KPIs, and create repeatable sales playbooks.

Who You Are:
- Experienced:
7+ years in B2B Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships, preferably in tech, manufacturing, or platform ecosystems.
- A Builder:
You thrive in a startup environment. You are comfortable moving from high-level strategy to hands-on execution.
