Reports To: Chief Business Officer / Executive Vice President
Executive Summary
We are seeking a high-caliber, visionary executive to join us as the Regional Head – Marketing & Business Development (North). As a premier brand in high-ticket enterprise and industrial solutions, this critical leadership role demands a strategic rainmaker capable of driving total P&L; ownership, expanding our footprint across Northern India, and leading complex, high-value deal architectures.
The ideal candidate will combine executive presence, sharp business acumen, and a proven track record of scaling multi-crore enterprise accounts while building high-performing leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Business Leadership & P&L; Ownership
- Regional P&L; Governance: Take full accountability for Northern region revenue,
gross margins, EBITDA contribution, and market share growth.
- Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute multi-year regional market penetration strategies aligned with corporate objectives and long-term brand equity.
- Capital & Portfolio Allocation: Direct resource allocation across product mixes, service lines, and emerging customer segments to maximize profitability and long-term customer lifetime value (LTV).
2. Enterprise Sales, Key Accounts & Deal Structuring
- Executive Relationship Building: Cultivate C-suite, CXO, and Board-level relationships across key enterprise, OEM, and institutional accounts in the North territory.
- High-Ticket Closing: Architect, negotiate, and close high-ticket, long-gestation enterprise contracts and multi-year master service agreements (MSAs).
- Market Intelligence & Ecosystem Expansion: Identify emerging industrial trends, competitive threats, and strategic partnership
