Hustle Magazine is looking for a
high-caliber senior sales leader
to spearhead international commercial growth, with an immediate focus on scaling our
U.S. business
.

This is a strategic leadership position for an experienced media, events, advertising, publishing, brand partnerships professional who has strong relationships with senior decision-makers and a proven ability to generate significant revenue.

The right candidate will be responsible for opening doors, building strategic relationships, developing major accounts, and creating high-value partnerships between Hustle Magazine and leading global brands.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead
international sales and revenue strategy
, with the U.S. as the primary market.
- Develop and manage relationships with
CMOs, CEOs, founders, brand leaders, media agencies, and senior marketing executives
.
- Drive revenue across advertising,



branded content, sponsorships, events, digital, social media, and integrated brand partnerships.
- Identify and close high-value, long-term strategic partnerships.
- Build a solid pipeline of U.S. and international accounts.
- Develop new revenue opportunities across key industries including luxury, fashion, technology, finance, hospitality, automotive, entertainment, and consumer brands.
- Lead negotiations and manage major accounts from initial outreach through closing and renewal.
- Work closely with Hustle Magazine's editorial, creative, marketing, and leadership teams to develop premium commercial opportunities.
- Represent Hustle Magazine at major industry events and within senior business networks.
- Build and eventually lead an international sales organization as the business expands.
