Role Description
The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for managing and strengthening client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Day-to-day tasks include serving as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and communicating requirements clearly to design and project teams. The role involves coordinating meetings, providing project updates, addressing queries or concerns, and ensuring timely responses and high-quality service.



The Relationship Manager will support proposal development, assist with contracts and documentation, track client feedback, and help identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals. Collaboration with architects, interior designers, and operations staff is essential to ensure that client expectations are aligned with project deliverables.
