Title Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Core Banking

Job Responsibilities:

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on SME with deep expertise in Core Banking platforms such as Fiserv DNA, Temenos, Jack Henry implemented in US banks. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in US core banking systems and operations, specifically in supporting and guiding customers, and have a strong track record of implementing such systems in U.S. banks

Key Responsibilities:
- Defining core banking workflows and user journeys
- Identifying business requirements
- Documenting epics and user stories
- Designing test cases
- Documenting configurations and integrations
- Understanding client requirements
- Co-ordinating with the client to capture all requirements

Required Skills & Experience





Domain Expertise
- Solid knowledge of Core Banking systems as implemented in the US.
- Hands-on experience in systems like Fiserv DNA, Temenos, Jack Henry, FIS.
- Solid experience in documenting requirements and test cases.

Tools & Methodologies
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, HP ALM, and Agile/Hybrid methodologies.

Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and ability to manage cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 10+ years in banking technology implementations.
- Exposure to regulatory compliance frameworks (OFAC, AML).
