- Post job ads and screen resumes for departments like housekeeping, kitchen, and front desk.
- Coordinate and conduct preliminary interviews.
- Manage new hire paperwork, contracts, and reference checks.

Payroll and Records
- Track daily attendance, shift logs, and overtime records.
- Compile absence and leave data for monthly payroll processing.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date physical and digital employee files.
- Monitor contract renewals,
work permits, or special local licensing requirements.
Training and Employee Relations
- Schedule customer service and safety training sessions.
- Act as a direct contact point for staff queries or workplace grievances.
- Assist managers with conflict resolution and disciplinary tracking.
- Help coordinate staff welfare activities like cafeterias, transport, or team events.
Performance and Compliance
- Assist with periodic performance appraisals and feedback gathering.
- Ensure the hotel follows local labor laws, health codes, and safety rules.
- Monitor staff turnover and assist in retention efforts.
Pay: ₹11,004.97 - ₹30,000.00 per month
