- * Assist customers in selecting spectacle frames, lenses, sunglasses and optical products.
- * Explain lens options, coatings, brands, pricing and perks.
- * Take accurate measurements and coordinate with the optometrist/lab for order processing.
- * Prepare quotations, billing and maintain sales records.
- * Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely delivery.
- * Maintain optical display, inventory and overall showroom presentation.
- * Achieve monthly sales and customer-service targets.
- * Provide professional, courteous and personalized customer service.
- * Previous experience in optical retail sales preferred; freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply.
