As SkillsBee continues to expand its student base and admissions operations, we are looking for an experienced Senior Academic Counselor who can take ownership of student counseling, admissions conversion, follow-ups, and day-to-day counseling performance.

Why This Role Exists

The Senior Academic Counselor plays a key role in converting interested prospects into enrolled students while ensuring that every student receives accurate, professional, and personalized guidance.

This is not simply a calling role.



The counselor is expected to understand student requirements, identify the right course fit, handle objections, maintain consistent follow-ups, and guide prospects through the complete admission journey.

The Senior Academic Counselor will also support the counseling team through performance monitoring, mentoring, lead management, and sharing effective counseling practices.
