Role Description
The Pastry Commi chef role at MITTI Café is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. The Pastry Commi will support the preparation and baking of pastries, desserts,



and baked goods according to established recipes and quality standards. Daily tasks include measuring ingredients, mixing doughs and batters, assisting in decorating and finishing products, and ensuring consistent presentation. The role also involves maintaining high hygiene standards, keeping workstations clean and organized, following food safety protocols, and supporting inventory management for pastry-related ingredients. The Pastry Commi will work closely with the kitchen team, communicate effectively with colleagues, and contribute to MITTI Café’s inclusive and supportive work environment.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Food Preparation and Culinary Skills, with basic experience in baking or pastry work.
