About the Role

As an Appointment Setter, you'll be the first point of contact for potential students interested in joining The Social Skool.

Your responsibility is to build genuine conversations, qualify prospects, answer basic questions, and book qualified sales calls for our closer.

We'll provide the scripts, SOPs, CRM, and training.

You bring consistency, professionalism, and excellent communication.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Qualification

Reach out to inbound leads and qualify them based on The Social Skool's Ideal Client Profile before booking them for a sales call.

Appointment Setting

Build conversations through Instagram,



WhatsApp, and other communication channels to schedule qualified appointments.

Follow-ups

Follow up consistently with interested leads, handle basic objections, and ensure prospects attend their scheduled calls.

CRM & Reporting

Maintain accurate lead records, update the CRM daily, and submit a short end-of-day report outlining conversations, booked calls, and follow-ups.

Collaboration

Work closely with the founder and closer to improve messaging, booking quality, and show-up rates through continuous feedback.

Compensation & Growth

This role offers:

₹10,000/month fixed salary

2.5% commission on every sale closed through appointments you've booked

Uncapped earning potential

The more qualified calls you book, the higher your earnings.

Top performers will have opportunities to grow into senior sales roles as The Social Skool scales.
