Job Summary
Responsible for fabrication, welding, assembly, inspection, and production support for aircraft refuellers, hydrant dispensers, fuel tanks, piping systems, chassis structures, platforms, brackets, and related equipment. The role requires close coordination with design, production, quality, piping, and assembly teams to ensure products are manufactured according to approved drawings, specifications, quality requirements, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Study and interpret fabrication drawings, GA drawings, P&ID;, BOM, and engineering specifications.
- Plan and execute fabrication activities for aircraft refuellers and hydrant dispensers.
- Supervise cutting, bending, drilling, fit-up, welding, grinding, and finishing operations.
- Fabricate tank structures, chassis components, platforms, ladders, brackets, supports, hose-reel structures, and equipment mounting arrangements.
- Coordinate piping fabrication and installation, including pipe supports, fittings, valves, and related components.




- Ensure proper dimensional accuracy, alignment, fit-up, and welding quality.
- Monitor fabrication work according to approved drawings and manufacturing procedures.
- Coordinate with Quality Control for dimensional inspection, weld inspection, leak/pressure testing, and final inspection.
- Identify fabrication problems and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Production, Design, Quality, Purchase, and Assembly departments.
- Maintain fabrication records, inspection reports, work instructions, and production documentation.
- Support continuous improvement activities to reduce fabrication time, material wastage, rework, and production cost.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and applicable aviation-fuel equipment requirements.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
