1.Preparing Daily Progress Report (DPR) based on site execution activities and monitoring actual progress against planned schedule.

2.Preparing project execution plans, work schedules, and monitoring project progress as per approved timelines.

3.Monitoring daily project cost, controlling expenses, and ensuring effective cost management throughout the project.

4.Preparing project-wise cost reports, budget vs actual analysis, and implementing cost control measures to improve project profitability.

5.Finalizing monthly executed quantities as per Bill of Quantity (BOQ), preparing RA Bills, Measurement Sheets, and submitting bills to clients for certification.

6.Coordinating with clients and consultants for bill certification, clarifying billing-related queries, and following up for timely payment release.

7.Preparing variation claims, extra item statements, deviation reports, and rate justification for additional works.

8.Maintaining project-wise reconciliation of consumable materials such as cement, steel, concrete, and other construction materials on weekly and monthly basis.





9.Maintaining daily concrete pouring records and monitoring concrete consumption against approved quantities.

10.Preparing quantity take-off, rate analysis, and project estimation based on tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQ requirements.

11.Preparing monthly turnover projections, cash flow statements, and MIS reports related to project progress, billing, and revenue.

12.Reviewing tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQ, and contract conditions for project requirements and commercial evaluation.

13.Exploring Government and Private E-Tenders through various portals, shortlisting suitable projects, and maintaining tender prospect trackers.

14.Preparing complete tender submissions including technical documents, commercial quotations, BOQ pricing, rate analysis, and submitting tenders within deadlines.
