Role Description
The Operations Executive is a full time, on-site role based in the Mohali district, responsible for supporting day-to-day operational activities across Pro Ultimate’s fitness ecosystem.



This role includes coordinating gym setup processes, monitoring inventory and equipment dispatch, and ensuring smooth operational workflows between manufacturing, franchising, and academy functions. The Operations Executive will track performance metrics, identify process improvements, assist with scheduling and resource allocation, and support compliance with internal standards and external regulations. The role involves regular communication with cross-functional teams, franchise partners, and vendors to resolve operational issues promptly and maintain high service quality. The Operations Executive will also prepare reports, maintain documentation, and contribute to operational best practices that support business growth.
