About the Role
We're looking for people who truly understand the creator ecosystem. If you enjoy building campaigns, working closely with clients, and turning ideas into impact, this role gives you the room to do exactly that.

We have multiple openings across levels, from Associates who can drive execution, to Managers and Senior Managers who can independently handle client relationships, lead campaigns, and manage teams.

What You'll Do
Depending on your experience level, your responsibilities may include:

Campaign Management
• Plan and execute influencer campaigns end-to-end
• Identify and onboard creators across categories
• Track performance, optimize delivery, and prepare reports

Client Servicing & Strategy
• Be the main contact for client communication
• Understand business objectives and shape campaign strategies
• Present updates, insights, and recommendations regularly

Account & Project Management
• Handle multiple client accounts and ensure timely execution




• Review project progress and ensure smooth delivery with internal teams
• Keep campaigns on track, within timelines, and aligned with expectations

Relationship Building
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators, talent managers, and brand teams
• Work closely with partners to strengthen collaboration and campaign quality

Team Leadership (for Manager/Sr. Manager profiles)
• Mentor junior team members and guide them on execution
• Set KPIs and review performance
• Support the growth of the influencer marketing vertical

Business Development (for Manager/Sr. Manager profiles)
• Spot opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
• Contribute ideas to grow the agency's influencer network and digital ecosystem

What We're Looking For
• 2-7 years of experience in influencer marketing (agency background preferred)
• Solid communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Understanding
