Job Title: Talent Project Manager, Strategic Projects - Assistant Director

The opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and Data Integration to lead and manage projects related to the implementation, integration, and optimization of EY Talent systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project management, SAP SuccessFactors, and data integration methodologies, with the ability to ensure successful project delivery while meeting business objectives.

Your key responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end project management for strategic projects. From planning and delivery to deployment ensuring alignment with Talents strategic objectives.
- Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, requirements and deliverables
- Solution Design: Work with cross-functional teams to design and develop a detailed cross functional project plan, and actively manage project timelines
- Resource Management: Manage project resources,



including internal teams and external vendors, to ensure adequate staffing and effective utilization of resources
- Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies, proactively addressing potential issues to ensure project success.
- Budget Oversight: Perform Project Financial Management – Develops overall project budget and control costs for the duration of the project, including planned, actual, and forecast for both operational and capital expenditures budget constraints
- Stakeholder Communication: Foster strong communication across the project across stakeholders, team members and leadership providing regular communication of project status, updates, and progress, ensuring alignment, transparency, and effective decision-making
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions by establishing and maintaining project management best practices, quality standards, and testing
