Work Mode: Completely Work From Home (WFH)
Shift Timing: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Working Hours: 7 hours per day + 1-hour break
Stipend: Performance-Based | Payable Upon Successful Completion of 3 Months
About the Role
We are looking for a highly enthusiastic, energetic, and driven Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team. This internship is an excellent prospect for graduates who are passionate about recruitment, people management, and building a career in Talent Acquisition.
The selected candidate will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, communication, hiring strategies, and other practical aspects of Talent Acquisition while working in a completely remote environment.
We are looking for individuals who are serious about their career, eager to learn, and willing to take ownership of their work. A casual attitude toward work is not suitable for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify potential candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates and assess their suitability for open positions.
- Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Follow up with candidates and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Work toward achieving monthly and overall hiring targets.
- Learn and implement new recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques.
- Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Contribute innovative ideas to improve the overall recruitment process.
Performance & Stipend Structure
The internship follows a performance-based stipend structure, which will be paid after successful completion of the 3-month internship.
