We are looking for an experienced Career Counsellor who can confidently engage with students, conduct career counselling sessions, and represent our organisation at schools, colleges, workshops, seminars, and educational events.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one career counselling and student profiling based on interests, aptitude, academic background, and career goals.
- Visit schools and colleges to conduct career counselling sessions, workshops, seminars, and student engagement activities.
- Deliver engaging presentations and workshops to students, parents, and educators.
- Generate and convert student enquiries into counselling sessions and enrolments.
- Build strong relationships with schools, colleges, educational institutions, and student communities.
- Counsel students regarding suitable courses, career pathways, and global education opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents to support the conversion process.
- Maintain student profiles, counselling records, leads, and follow-up reports.
- Participate in education fairs, seminars,



career events, and promotional activities.
- Achieve counselling and student conversion targets.
- Stay updated with current education trends, career opportunities, courses, and globalisation in education.

Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in career counselling, student counselling, education consulting, admissions, or a related field.
- Proven experience in student profiling, counselling, lead conversion, and relationship building.
- Comfortable travelling to schools, colleges, seminars, workshops, and events.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in interacting with students, parents, teachers, and institutional representatives.
- Robust convincing and counselling abilities with a result-oriented approach.
- Good knowledge of Indian and global education opportunities.
- Ability to independently conduct workshops and seminars is highly preferred.
