Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee all financial aspects of our furnishing distribution firm. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy in accounting, streamline financial operations, and provide insights to support business growth. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and a proactive approach to managing company finances.

Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management:
- Oversee and manage the company’s financial operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Prepare, monitor, and analyze budgets and forecasts to align with business objectives.
- Provide recommendations for cost control and resource optimization.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare timely financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
- Conduct variance analyses and provide actionable insights.
- Taxation and Compliance:




- Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor the accounts team, ensuring high performance and career development.
- Vendor and Client Coordination:
- Maintain relationships with vendors, distributors, and clients to resolve billing and payment-related issues.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement improvements in accounting systems and processes to enhance efficiency.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional certifications like CA, CMA, or equivalent (preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in accounting or financial management, preferably in a distribution or furnishing-related industry.
