Roles & Responsibilities:

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating compelling visual content across digital and print channels social media, website, landing pages, presentations, and reports — while also supporting video creation, project photography, and website/app content updates. This is a hands-on, versatile role suited to someone who enjoys both design craft and field-driven storytelling, and who is comfortable working closely with marketing, tech, and project teams. Your responsibilities will include: Design & Creative Production Design creatives for social media, the website, landing pages, corporate presentations, and reports, ensuring consistent brand identity and timely delivery. Create engaging templates and formats for recurring content needs (campaigns, newsletters, eTreeCertificates, impact reports, etc.). Design print and digital collateral for corporate partnerships, events, and fundraising initiatives. Video & Mapping Content Create project location mappings on the website to visually represent plantation sites. Produce plantation project videos,



website tutorial videos, and arketing/promotional videos from concept through final edit. Work with basic video editing and motion graphics tools to keep video content fresh and on-brand. Field & Content Sourcing Capture, collect, and source high-quality photographs from plantation projects across locations. Follow up regularly with project partners and, where required, visit project locations to gather authentic visual content.

Maintain and organize a well-tagged photo/video library for reuse across campaigns and reports. Website & App Support Assist in making updates to the website and mobile app through the CMS — including creatives, images, and content. Collaborate with the tech team to ensure visual content is optimized and correctly implemented across platforms. Support basic content and layout changes to improve user experience and campaign performance. Cross-Functional Collaboration
