Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with 24 years of experience in B2B IT sales. The ideal candidate should have experience in generating current business opportunities, building relationships with enterprise customers, understanding client requirements, and closing technology service engagements. The candidate should be comfortable selling IT Services, Cybersecurity Solutions, Cloud Services, Software Development, Infrastructure Solutions, and Managed Services.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development




- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Conduct cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and client meetings.
- Schedule and participate in customer discovery meetings.
- Understand customer pain points and propose suitable technology solutions.

Sales
- Promote RCS offerings including:
- Cybersecurity Services
- Managed IT Services
- SOC Services
- Cloud Solutions

- Microsoft Solutions

o Infrastructure Projects
- Prepare presentations and solution proposals.
- Coordinate with technical teams during solution discussions.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Client Relationship Management
- Develop long-term relationships with customers.
• Act as a trusted advisor for technology requirements.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects.
