Manage day-to-day financial transactions (AP/AR, payroll, receipts, credit card transactions)
Ensure compliance with GAAP, GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations
Handle Direct, Indirect & International Tax compliances, filings, and tax notices
Support budgeting, financial reporting, and year-end closing with the Director of Finance
Perform accurate month-end journal entries, reconciliations & cash flow forecasting
Maintain well-structured documentation for smooth audits & assessments
Partner with HR/People & Culture team on payroll and salary taxation compliance
Monitor and manage cash flow effectively
Track and follow up on pending payments
