NCD Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for the distribution and sales of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) to retail investors.

Purpose of the Role:

The role focuses on raising funds for NCD issuances by:
- Selling NCD products to retail customers
- Driving subscription volumes during public issues
- Managing relationships with branch teams, and channel partners
- Educating customers about NCD offerings, returns, risks, and tenure options

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve NCD mobilization and revenue targets
- Coordinate NCD launches across branches and sales channels
- Conduct investor awareness programs and product training
- Support Relationship Managers and Branch Managers in customer acquisition
- Monitor daily subscriptions and sales performance
- Ensure compliance with regulations, and internal bank guidelines




- Build relationships with brokers, independent financial advisors, and distributors

Typical Eligibility
- MBA/PGDM or graduate in Finance, Banking, or Marketing
- 5 to 10+ years of experience in retail banking, investments, wealth management, bonds, or capital market products
- Robust understanding of:
- NCDs
- Bonds
- Mutual funds
- Fixed-income products
- Investment advisory processes
