Realty’S Home is a real estate brokerage and consultancy firm dealing in residential and commercial properties, including apartments, bungalows, corporate offices, showrooms, shops, land, plots and industrial properties.

We are looking for a confident, target-oriented and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team in Ahmedabad.

Job Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up with prospective property buyers, investors, tenants and sellers.
- Handle incoming leads through phone calls, WhatsApp and other digital channels.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, location preference and property needs.
- Recommend suitable residential and commercial properties.
- Arrange and conduct property/site visits with clients.




- Explain property specifications, pricing, amenities, location advantages and payment options.
- Build strong relationships with customers and property owners.
- Maintain regular follow-ups until the deal is successfully closed.
- Negotiate with clients and coordinate with property owners/builders where required.
- Convert qualified leads into site visits and successful transactions.
- Maintain accurate lead, follow-up and customer information in the CRM.
- Update daily sales activities, meetings, site visits and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal team members, builders, developers and channel partners.
- Assist customers during the documentation and transaction process.
- Develop new business through referrals, networking, market visits and other sales activities.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain qualified conduct and provide excellent customer service.
