The ability to meticulously plan financial processes, while staying on top of the dynamic financial regulatory laws is a must. Roles & Responsibilities

Ø Oversee end-to-end accounting operations of the organization across all verticals.

Ø Supervise and support the Accounts team, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of tasks.

Ø Work in coordination with the HOD to implement accounting policies, compliance strategies, and reporting systems.





Ø Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Ø Manage statutory audits, internal audits, and tax assessments, and liaise with external auditors.

Ø Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, including RERA, GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF/ESI, and other applicable laws.

Ø Finalize balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and MIS reports for management review.

Ø Monitor accounts receivable/payable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow.

Ø Maintain accuracy and integrity in bookkeeping, general ledger, and trial balance.

Ø Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations and budget control.

Ø Lead implementation and upgrade of ERP/accounting software systems.

Qualifications and Skills:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

0–5 years of relevant experience (for junior/mid-level roles).
