Role & responsibilities
- Provide functional support and solution design for SAP FICO modules, with a primary focus on AR, GL, and Intercompany AR processes.
- Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements with stakeholders.
- Prepare functional specifications and design documents for custom developments and enhancements.
- Work closely with technical teams during development, testing, and deployment activities.
- Perform functional testing, integration testing, and solution validation to ensure quality deliverables.
- Support incident management, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution.
- Conduct impact assessments for new requirements and system changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless business process integration.
- Provide end-user support, knowledge transfer, and documentation as required.

Required Skills & Experience




- Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO, specifically:
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- General Ledger (GL)
- Intercompany AR processes
- Experience supporting custom developments throughout the lifecycle, including:
- Requirements clarification
- Functional design
- Testing and solution validation
- Solid functional debugging and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Ability to analyze complex business and system issues and work effectively with technical teams to resolve them.
- Experience in preparing functional specifications and reviewing technical solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
