Roles and Responsibilities :
- Investigate international payments, including MT103 and SWIFT transactions, to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and provide updates on payment status.
- Conduct thorough analysis of payment data to determine root causes of errors or delays.
- Develop reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations for process improvements.
Job Requirements :
- 2-6 years of experience in banking correspondence, particularly in the area of international payments.
- Robust understanding of MT (Multiple Transaction) systems and SWIFT messaging protocols.
- Proficiency in NOSTRO accounting principles and practices related to foreign exchange transactions.
